This Agreement is between you and the Webspinner Foundation ("Company"). Access is conditioned on your acceptance.
1 · Confidentiality (NDA)
You will hold the Materials in strict confidence and not disclose them to any third party, subject to customary exclusions.
2 · Limited License to Read
A personal, non-transferable, revocable license to read the Materials for your own evaluation. No copying, republishing, or derivative works.
3 · No Commercial Use
No commercial use without the prior written consent of the Webspinner Foundation.
4 · Reservation of Rights
The Materials are proprietary; Company is pursuing patent protection (application in preparation). No IP right is granted except the limited license above.
5 · Governing Law
Oregon law; venue in Washington County, Oregon. Confidentiality obligations survive.
Bound to your Google identity and a server timestamp, sealed and recorded.
